Additional Terms and Conditions for Federal Contract and United States Postal Service Shipments

Flock Freight, Inc. (“Flock Freight”) has entered into agreements whereby it provides services, either directly or as a subcontractor, to the United States of America and the United States Postal Service (“USPS”). When the shipment to be transported is in furtherance of such an agreement, the applicable terms and conditions herein supplement the terms of the Broker-Carrier Agreement between Flock Freight and the transporting motor carrier and shall have full force and effect.
The Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) provisions and USPS Contract Clauses in effect at the time of pickup govern the shipment.
